I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-equipped with a rain shower head and a roomy glass walk-in shower. However, there were remnants of the previous guest's fast-food wrappers and cups left in the room which was a bit off-putting. The service was exceptionally friendly, especially Joanna Bradshaw, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location is convenient with easy access to dining and shopping options, making it a recurring choice for my trips. The dining experience offered a delicious variety, although a bit lacking in service at times. Overall, a great value for the money.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and convenient, located near the pool as I had requested. However, the lighting could be improved. The service was excellent with attentive staff, though lacking a bit of high-end hotel finesse. The location was superb, central to many attractions in Huntsville and adjacent to shopping and entertainment centers. The dining experience was decent but didn't quite reach a high-quality standard. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for the price.

The rooms were very comfortable and had the luxurious Heavenly linens and towels that Westin is renown for, but there were fast food wrappers and cups from the previous guest in the window, and dried spit on the glasses in the bathroom.
